Baked salmon with roe sauce

Simple dish with soft flavours that compliment the salmon well.

Ingredients

  • 900 g firm potatoes
  • 600 g salmon filet
  • 1.5 dl sour cream
  • 75 g red roe
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 250 g broccoli
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Set the oven to 175°C.
  2. Cook the potatoes.
  3. Cut the broccoli, use the stem as well. Cook in salted water or steam until soft.
  4. Place the salmon into a oven-safe tray. Add salt and pepper. Let cook in oven for 12 min or until the fish reaches 54°C.
  5. Mix sour cream, red roe and red onion. Add pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the salmon with potatoes, sauce and broccoli.
