Mackerel pasta
Simple pasta with canned mackerel, can be replaced with tuna or other fish in a can. Also works well without the parmesan.

Ingredients
- 2 cans mackerel
- 3-4 pressed garlic cloves
- 2 tsp capers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Grated parmesean
- Pasta
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- Chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except the parmesan and parsley) to a small pot. Stir and try to break the mackerel into smaller chunks.
- Place the smaller pot onto low heat, stir occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked save around 1 dl of the water, drain the rest.
- Add the contents of the small pot to the pasta, also throw in some parmesan and parsley, mix thoroughly.
- Serve with some additional parmesan on top and a lemon wedge.
